I am a photographer in Middle Tennessee, particularly Dickson and Clarksville areas. I have always had an eye for photography. When I graduated from Creek Wood High School in 2006, I went on to study Art at Austin Peay. I later transferred to Middle Tennessee State University, where I graduated with a B.S. in Art Education in 2011. After graduation, my husband (Robert) and I started our little family. We have two sons, Tripp (5 years) and Ezra (20 months). You can see them in many of the photos on my website!
My degree is in art, but I am a self-taught photographer. Good photography is so much more than taking pictures. Lighting, subjects, composition... To me, photography is an art form. While photography is my passion, it has also been an opportunity for me to stay at home with my boys. When you support a small business or a self-employee, you are supporting a little boy playing soccer on Saturdays and new shoes for the toddler who is ever-growing.
So, family, friends, and townsfolk. Let's chase light together. Let your memories be my artwork.
